The You Can Make It! career book is supported by this comprehensive classroom resource package designed to engage students in Years 3–6 with the dynamic world of manufacturing. You Can Make It! showcases the real-life journeys of 15 women in manufacturing roles, aiming to inspire students to discover the exciting and rewarding career pathways the industry has to offer.
The book showcases diverse careers—from aerospace engineering to electronics—challenging stereotypes and highlighting creativity and innovation in the field. The package includes two structured lessons that introduce students to manufacturing through real-world examples and interactive activities.
These resources aim to spark curiosity and broaden career horizons before gender biases form, encouraging students to see themselves in future manufacturing roles.
